Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 3 business days via USPS.  Exceptions to this are pre-orders.  Pre-ordered items will ship on the date included in the listing.  

 

Missing a package?  

1. Reach out to us and we'll see if it may have gotten lost in the cogs of our factory (just kidding, we make everything in house and there is no factory).
2. If we can't locate your package in the studio, we will direct you to try to find it via USPS (see link below).
3. If USPS has no clue where it is, or aliens grabbed it because it was too good to resist, let us know and we will happily replace your item!

*We are not responsible for packages once they get to USPS, but we will do our absolute best to make it better if your item goes missing enroute!  We hate lost packages too!
